You are kidding! I got her and the 10 others from an auction. Wasn't told what they were. Ugh!Looks like a venezuelanus Sarah.
I'd separate her with some males of her own species. You might get beautifully colored fry.You are kidding! I got her and the 10 others from an auction. Wasn't told what they were. Ugh!

She is with the other males that I got from the auction...yes I have 7 of the fry right now. Errr so sad as my areationer turned off last night with the egss . Half of them have fungus. As for the girl, she has decreased in size. Didn't feed her last night.I'd separate her with some males of her own species. You might get beautifully colored fry.
Only think it is quite "bloated" which might indicate someting different than (alone) eggs (hoping I am wrong). Could you place another pic.
Mother Nature did a great job.Nah, you need more. Only stop when your house is full of tanks.
It's so difficult to ID Cories, so many of the species look almost identical! I wonder how many of them are wild variations, and how many are man-made. There's really not much easily accessible information on their taxonomy.

Wet Spot has orange lasersI have one male and one female orange laser. They aren't mature enough. And even if they were they stay together and eat eggs
Edit: can't find any other lasers so they are by themselves. My male is always hanging with the female. When it's breeding time I watch everything. Never see the male try anything.

not yet. Since a 10 gallon is too small for all 7 I will probably buy a 20 long. They love live brine shrimp which was when they started to breed without me knowing until I saw eggs eaten ugh! I blame the angels.Yay! Hopefully the blues ? will have some fry so you can give some to me
