can't believe I just spent 8 bucks on a bag of dead leaves




who else does the absolute Most for their fish/other aquatic pets? what's the most ridiculous thing you've bought for them? (that was more than likely overpriced.)

 

I spent around $30 in RO when Houston tap water was showing extremely high levels of chlorine and other nasties after Hurricane Harvey.

 

75g Discus Tank well, that makes a lot of sense. good thinkin', tex.

Bought a 65g tank and another filter for my Goldie .I think that's the most extreme. No! That's right. I MOVED to a different house so that I could have a bigger tank for said Goldy.

A 75 for male and female bettas would be a good start

 

I was thinking more about the pile of aquarium stuff in the garage.

 

I ran around town feeling sand until I found the softest, cleanest sand I could for my cories....

 

I used to have other smaller cichlids with my green terror. I sold every one and let him have the tank all to himself. Even bought a new canister filter lights and everything. The things I do for this fish.
my honey gouramis didn't like the food I was giving them so I woke my girlfriend up one morning and asked to.go to the fish store to buy a different food.

 

I bought the R2 Fish School Trainings kit. Totally worth the $30.
