So my work in progress is going nicely. Almost every fish is cost $1 each, so its nothing spectacular, and the tank is rather bare, but it's a start. I had plans for a 125 Gallon tank, but that plan was put on hold for financial reasons. 30 gallons is still fun.

I got

1) plattys
2) white and black mollies
3) gold fish?
4) ghost shrimp
5) black and gold mystery snails
6) some random free fish

The goldfish requires a different temperature than your other fish.

Goldfish are not tropical fish, they are cold water species. If it's possible to rehome the goldfish, that would be best. Otherwise, not a bad start to your aquarium.

Good point. I'll have to see what I can do about that.

Looks good so far, you'll probably want a stronger filter at some point though with that many platies and mollies. Your mystery yellow tailed fish is a guppy btw.
