The Sims Computer game Just like having fish

Has anyone played the Sims it is a computer game where you have to keep your guys happy.I don't know that's what I feel like when I am taking care of the fish

 

I love The Sims! I gave my sister my original and the expansion packs (I think I had all but 2), and I have Sims 2. My computer is over 4 years old though, so I don't play as much because the game kind of lags and is slow to load. Maybe I'll get thrown back into it when I (hopefully) get a new computer next year.

 

its almost the something with keeping fish a guess that is why my better half Does not get in to the fish thing

 

Love it! I'm always playing on it! We had the original with all the expanshon packs then we kindof overloaded it and it just stopped working. We have sims 2 now which is much better and have university and Open for business expansion packs. Our computer is old and it used to be slow but we just bought extra memory and put it in the computer so now it works really well. ;D

I remember getting the first sims game when it came out.. then I got Civilization: Call To Power and that was it for the sims. I always liked SI'm games.. from the first SimCity to SimAnts, etc.. i'd play them so much, even on super NES.. but the Civilization series was probably my fav. computer simulation games. they need a "Global Domination" expansion pack.

 

I just don't know it make me feel so powerful when I play and good when I make them happy

Lol my sis played on it yesterday and one of her sims flirted with another one (she wasn''t controlling it at the time - the guy did it himslef) and his wife caught him at it! lol. They got "furious" with each other! was funny, where as mine live happily and the woman just got pregnant. ;D lol

remember Populous? lol.. that was a fun one.. not as complex as these, but it had a relatively unique take on the sI'm game.

 

I don't know what Populous is.

Populous was a 'god game' where you could have fun molding and shaping your world.. and if you were like me.. wiping out the population with disasters..

lol.. sometimes i'd have fun hitting my city with natural disasters in the simcity games when they added that option.

I love The Sims, but I usually play for awhile then it gets extremly hard, too many things to do, the house is always a mess, babies kept on dying...it just an giant headace, the early stage of the game is the fun part I think.

 

LOL I know but I can't keep my plants and fish alive in that game (I do better in real life)

 

lol I bought my sims a fish tank today. I clicked restock which she did but the fish aren't visable in the tank. lol Maybe just something gone wrong. lol

I've only once lost a baby on the sims, but I find it hard if there's more than 5 people in a house. I can handle 5 but more is just too hard and at least 1 person dies!

Has anyone got The sims 2 seasons? I've just ordered it off amazon. Should be so much better with weather and seasons etc. plus there's loads of new things to do and more clothes etc.

Can't wait to get it.

I never got into the Sims.. just seems like it would take too much time to play.. although if I played, I don't think it would take me long to bring disaster upon my sims.. lol Seasons sounds great.. shove some naked Sims out into the snow.. or turn the temp up to 500 in the summer.

 

lol! It arrived next day! I haven't been off it much! Its soo cool! My sims had a thunder storm today and I jumped because the lightning is really bright and really loud as well, but was funny!

at this point of my life I have enough to worry about, I don't need a video game for me to worry about some non-existen video game characters, althought its a great game.
