I been fighting with my friends about the best soda on earth. It's been going on for years! I am a coca~cola fan

 

I'm a Coca Cola girl also but you have to see this commercial

 

LOL!!! I remember this commercial fromnascar or the superbowl. I forgot which one but I love that commercial.

yeah I don't like ice too..I keep the Cola in the fridge first.......I like it cold.

I got some of the coke zero last week just to try it and it tasted the same as diet coke...that jucky sweetener after taste. what is the difference between diet coke and coke zero? is it caffeine free too. isn't that what pepsI max is? I get confused....too much choice!!! i'l just stick with full fat, full flavour coke!! I'm lucky, no matter what I eat or how much I eat my weight still stays low - wahay...bring on the cream cakes.....ooooops, sorry!!! tan

are they gyms or something. sorry, never heard of them. maybe its a U.S. thing? my mum's the same as me, so hopefully I'll be able to continue scoffing chocolate for ever! ;D
good luck anyway! exercise is always good. I should do some, but i'm really lazy!! if only I had weight gain to inspire me to get moving!! there's a shop round the corner (15 mins walk) and I intend on walking to it everyday, but I don't like the cold, so I go in the car everytime! how bad is that?!

is that about 7-8 pounds then (my symbols won't work on my computer now...it really has got gremlins in it!!). they cost about 30-40 pounds a month here, so that sounds a bargain! is that thru college or work or something so its subsidised by them, or is it just the uk ripping us lot off?!!

lol!! you sound most traumatised inuyasha lover!!! well now you all know if you come to the uk you'll have to bring them with you cos you won't find any here! we always get stuff years after the US do! bythe time we get the doodles, they'll be history over there and you'll have something far newer and tastier!!

 

I'm not much of a soda-pop drinker, but I'd much prefer 7-Up or Orange soda rather than cola any day. Creme soda is pretty tasty as well. I usually drink no more than a can or two of soda a week.

As far as Coke or Pepsi, PepsI tastes much better than Coke IMO.

And what is "Faygo"? I've never seen that here in the U.S.

Faygo is a drink in Detroit Michigan its also sold in select stores here. If you ever heard of a rap group called ICP "insane clown posse" They mention that drink in a lot of songs. There songs are explicit content though

Wow!!! good luck with that!!!! if you're anything like me though, i'd put off going for so long it'd expire!!!! like when I joined a gym (moment of insanity I think!!!) I went every day for a week, maybe twice the following week, then that was it! I got bored and couldnt be bothered!!! always foind something better to do (like shopping etc - something trivial!!!) free exercise classes though!! be rude not to really!!!! will do your the world of good!! good luck!!! -tan

Thank you. Starting monday I am giving up almost all foods. I will be quitting on desert and no more soda. Water and healthy foods is all I am eating. Plus my gatorade.

 

dont be too harsh on yourself or it'll impossible to stick to! just cut out sugary drinks, desserts and chocolate/sweets and alcohol (very fattening apperently as full og sugar) etc, and fill up on smoothies and fruit and veg. combined with exercise you won't recognise yourself in a week! give yourself the odd treat though. everything in moderation! the best of luck!! -tan

 

I feel like I should pick Faygo, since I'm a Michigan girl...but I drink more PepsI products than Faygo, so I had to go with Pepsi. Sorry, Faygo, you know I love you.
