Tetras Head Bobbing?

Just got some tetras and found out they are pristellas, but balloon versions. Some of mine are bobbing their heads up and down as is in the video. Is this normal behaviour? Most of them were doing this in the shop and I had a hard time trying to get the ones that weren't.

That’s a completely normal behavior for some types of Tetra.
My Skirts did that, and I didn’t know why, but I know that it’s a normal thing, nothing is wrong.

Think it is cause of their unnatural bodyshape which seem to cause balance issues.

By my listening skills, I can tell that you either have a pet bird, or there is one in the background
I find these tetras cute, good choice!
