Tetra with swim bladder issue

SpottedKit329

One of my tetras is having a Swim Bladder Issue!
I know, they swim kind of weirdly but he is barely able to swim upright and is getting stuck to the filter.
I think it might be from overfeeding, Unknown water parameters, will check them after I post this. Here is pictures of the tank and current stocking, One of the yellow-ish tetras is the one with an issue.
And i think he was fine when I purchased him, Also he is less see-through then the other yellow tetras, And has kind of iredecent scales, if that could have anything to do with it.

EDIT: he is laying flat at the surface of the water, I think he is at the stage where he is kind of paralyzed :(

Does anyone know what could have caused it?
Also I got those tetras the day before yesterday I think.
(Also I reposted this since no one responded after 20+ minutes)

If you think its from overfeeding, don't feed for 2 or 3 days. If thats the cause should start getting better.

Every time this happens to one of my fish, they die within an hour or two. Is there anything I could do to help the poor guy? I would euthanize but I don't have Clove oil on hand, And I don't like the.... other humane options, I also don't have a hospital tank.
Anything I could do to help him would be great, as he is breathing slowly. I think he will probably die, but if he is gonna die, is there anything I could do to help him pass peacefully?
He is still alive, but suffering not able to move, he is just floating at the top as if he's dead, but his gills are moving
