Test for Low Range PH?

Is there a test for low PH?

I can only seem to find from PH 6 looking online.

The PH is my Rasbora tank has slowly dropped.

Was sat at 6.4 for ages, but slowly turning more yellow, tested this morning and its showing 6.
But that is the lowest that the API test kit goes to.

I don't really want it to drop too far.

Thanks.

When looking for specialized tests 6-7.5 is the only one you will find, otherwise drip tests have a range of 3-10 (sera, jbl, fluval).

Actual low range (3-6.5) is rare as a ready-to-buy test for hobbyists, you rather find those under lab supply.

Thank you as always :)

I did have a search online but they were all from 6.

I'm just a bit worried it might be lower.

The GH / KH in my tap water is none existent.

I might try and bring it back towards 6.4 over next couple of weeks then at least I can keep a check on if its fluctuating at all.

I'm new to this low PH fish keeping.

JBL PROAQUATEST pH 3.10-10.0

You are in absolutely safe territory with the pH you have there.

In any case, don't be overly afraid. I'm running my tank with those readings for GH and KH and it took me 10 months now to push the pH below 6 just using leaves. Just yesterday finally got a reading of 5.5-6.

I guess if your really worried PH could drop too low you could add a mesh bag of crushed coral in your filter to raise PH and buffer the water a bit?

Technically yes, but not necessary.
