is the filter ok for the betta? I think i will put a stone in front of intake at a slope .
It may be alright for a while, but those filters never lasted long for me.
If you can, I'd upgrade to a nicer HOB filter at some point in the future. You can move your cycled media with the new filter, so you don't accidentally kill your fish.
Consider something like the Top Fin 5-15 HOB for a cheap, but decent quality, option.

i have a plant in front of it and a bottle diy diffuser attached to the outflow and he seems very happy.
thats good. my betta also likes it as the flow isnt too strong for him, just wish it was less bulky but otherwise it a pretty good cheap filter. although mine has a thing about growing algae on the media because of my lights and it having no lid XD
