Temporary Home For Betta

So I made a temporary home for a betta my kids just had to save from the tiny cup. It's gotta last him at least a couple weeks until I can get him his own 5 gallon. What do y'all think?

That should be just fine. Is it cycled? How big is it?

Doing great! Hope your new rescue thrives in this temp home, and the permanent one! This is a great "hospital" setup <3

Where do you live where your tanks stay at 78 without heaters? My fish would love that...me and my husband, not so much

By the way, if you have a little extra cycled media in the other filters just move some to the new filter for a quick cycle. I do it all the time for my QT tanks.

It should be just fine. Anything is better than a cup.

I would love it if the temperature in my house stayed at 78 all the time. That's the perfect temperature for me.

I hate it actually lol we have central air so if it was up to me I'd keep at like 65 but my family disagrees

I don't have any extra media at the moment. Everything is in use in my other tanks. They are fully cycled tho so maybe I can just cut a piece off my big one? Its pretty tore up and needs to be replaced but I'm to scared to loose my cycle sense the biowheel is still looking almost new I don't think it has enough bb to prevent a cycle crash
