Okay so I'm planing a community tank with these guys and some places say 73-77 F others say 75-82 F I'm just curious as to if they will be fine in 80 F in my tank.

80 is towards their upper range but they should be ok at that, what other fish are you planning to have?

    Tempeture for harqulines.

Cardinal tetras, harquline rasbora, german blue ram, kuhli loaches, and sterbai corys. The 80F water is for the rams and corys mainly but kuhli's and cardinals don't mind it either.

That should suit all of them, glad you went for sterbai corys at that temp :)

Cool good to know. And yeah wanted pandas but that's a huge no no so sterbais are only ones for that high of temp and kinda like the look just not the price tag lol

There are other corys suitable for that temperature but they're harder to source, Adolfoi, Haraldschultzei, Oiapoquensis are a few.
