Tapajos corkscrewing around the tank

Papasmerf73

So, I woke up this morning to 1 of my tapajos corkscrewing wildly through the tank. I tried to intervene and right him and he's seemed to be back upright and normal. I just went back and the poor thing is corkscrewing in a clay pot I have going around and
20220811_165641.jpg around. I did a water change yesterday in my 75 gallon and parameters are 0,0,and 10. All other fish show no signs. I took a video but I but I can't figure out how to post. I know with corkscrewing with previous fishing that usually the end is near. Heartbroken, what do I do?

Correct, this is critical condition. Usually loss of buoyancy and movement control is irreversible.
