If it is a 100g, this stock would make it already stocked, if not overstocked. IMO

You dont want schooing fish with those large cichlids. Oscars will eat any fish small enough to eat. Silver dollars are about all you can have schooling wise.

Upwards of 250 gallons, imo, because that many large cichlids will have territory issues in smaller tanks.

Which ones
Theyr not so big at moment but they haven't been aggressive at all

All of them. When they're older you will certainly see issues if kept in a smaller tank.

Sand would be ideal, it's easier to clean than gravel and if you get the type from Tractor Supply it will save you tons of money.
