Tank Size Question

I have a blue coral gourami in a 140 litre tank but planning on moving him into a smaller tank (not sure how many litres) with one bristlenose catfish, four swordtails and three harlequin rasboras but I don't know if my tank is large enough for him, I have done a lot of research to find that the he should do well with the new tankmates.
The photo is my smaller tank I will be moving my gourami into. 1fa55cfbe9a4682e9dfc7292f7e700aa.jpg

    Welcome to fishlore!
A 140 is already on the small side for blue gouramis, he's going to get too big for a smaller tank for sure.

Sorry If I got it wrong I've been researching and don't totally understand the difference between Dwarf and normal Gouramis

Couldn't find a measuring tape, this might take a while.
    I'll found out.

My estimate is (after weeks of no measuring tape) so done with a 15cm ruler is 49 long 19 wide and 38 deep
