Hi there. I have a couple of questions. If that is ok.

    How big is your tank?
Do you have any fish in your tank?
Are you using any bottled bacteria?
    Is the tank heated?
    What is your pH?
What are your complete parameters. Ammonia, Nitrites, Nitrates, pH, temp?

As you can see there are many factors that dictate how long a cycle can take. A fish in cycle without using any bottled bacteria will take 6-12 weeks. Same with a fishless cycle using pure ammonia. If you add a bottled bacteria, it is more like 14-21 days.
