Tank Cloud

About a week and a half ago I noticed my tank has become cloudy was previously crystal clear. Did a water change added conditioner and a couple of other water cleaners along with new filters. It’s a 45 gallon tank with a 90 gallon filter. I have 2 clown loaches, 2 dwarf Gouramis, and 4 small tropical fish. Any idea where to start

How long have you had the tank? What are your paraneters? It’s likely just a bacterial bloom.

If your tank is newly established you can expect the water to cloud up, as bubbles and fins said, its most likely a bacterial bloom. I doubt it will harm your fish and it should clear up on its own.

most of the beneficial bacteria is on the cartridge filter media. you are having a minI cycle. please test your water parameters for ammonia and/or nitrite spikes. Use Prime daily to help detoxify.

its best to switch to polyfill and biomax ceramic media or filter sponge.

when you switch out the old cartridge, you should rinse it in old tank water and then cut the filter media off the plastic frame and use it to seed the new cartridge or new filter media (ceramic or sponge).
