Tall plants for low tech tank

Hi

I'm very new to plants. I currently have java fern, java windelov (that one's not looking so hot), java moss, annubias nana and annubias barteri. I'm looking for a tall plant to replace so of my plastic background plants.

My light is a standard florescent bulb that came with the aquarium (replacing with a nicrew plant LED at xmas). The tsnk is 36x12x19 and has a sand substrate.

I'm looking for something fairly low light and easy to grow. I was looking at an amazon sword but I think it will be too bushy. I dose weekly with thrive as I currently have no root feeders.

Take a look at water wisteria. It's my easiest to keep and most prolific growth plant.

Water wisteria, bacopa, and rotala all get fairly tall (they get to the top of my 65 gallon tank) and are easy to grow.
