Swordtails sick

Having problems keeping my swordtails alive in a 90 g tank. With 2 filters.

other occupants include a firemouth, who never goes near them and 2 bns.

NO visible signs of fuzzy stuff. fish are all eating, health problems seem to only effect swordtails.
1 has a mildy ragged tails, but doesn't look infected, looks like it was from male on male or womething else, but no other wounds.

ammonia and nitrites are at zero, nitrates low too.

ideas? And why this seems to only target the swords?

Have you tested your GH lately? Livebearers prefer harder water so it's possible that could be an issue?

Are you noticing any symptoms before they die?

Might look for a wide spectrum medication as 1 fish is starting to act much less active, though I'm still pretty confused as to what this is.

Just slowing down and laying on substrate, they still eat, so that limits somethings. No cloudy looking things, though with the current one he might have red streaks on pelvic fins, I can't tell because of some natural red and orange coloring on him. I won't rule itout, but its hard to tell with these pineapple and red velvet swords which colors are natural vs illness.

They are thin, though only the males. Females look much healthier.

Can you attach some photos? Maybe someone can spot something. Are they pooping?

Seem to be, not all are showing illness either. But 3 have.
2 were males, which seems odd, since they are the minority.

I think its too late for the current male. I'm having trouble adding photos, it will probably be of a deceased male.

If you want to treat with something, I'd try PraziPro first.

Deceased sword, minor tail damage, ( not true on other one)
I'm seeing red streaks now, ignore orange part, that was some natural coloration
