My swordtail has had her babies...I am not sure if she is done or even when she started. I want to remove her from the tank so she won't eat the babies. How can I tell if she is finished? Help please!!

She looks much smaller...but I got her a few weeks ago & she was big then. So I have not seen her normal size!

Do they have pain when dropping fry? She is swimming quickly & seems to be moving fins quickly when staying still!

If you think she's done, remove her. Your guess is as good as ours lol. Just watch her for a while and if no more babies come out, go ahead with your fry survival plan.
