Swollen side after eating

Hi there I have a 55 with 2 golden loaches. My newest in the last 2 weeks after eating swells just a bit where "the ribs" would be. The next day it's gone. Should I be concerned. He's perfectly normal otherwise. My levels are great and weekly water changes are done.
Feeling brine shrimp in the am
Bug flakes and wafers in the pm
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays peas and blood worms.
