I had 2 pearl gouramis in my 45g, one developed swollen lips that I thought may have been a result of fighting (both are females). I've had them separated for a couple of weeks now but the swelling hasn't gone down, in fact looks even more swollen so I ruled out fighting. Seems like there's something else going on but I can't find consensus online, I hope someone here can advise on treatment. She's eating and behaving normally, nothing abnormal as far as behavior goes. I have metroplex, kanaplex, general cure, and furan-2. I'm moving her to a HT with clean water, wondering if I should add aquarium salt and any meds.
