Swim bladder persists in female betta

My female betta fish SookI has had swim bladder for 8 days now. I have tried fasting , peas, she has poop once or twice after eating peas. She is not getting better but still looks at me and is coherent. Her face is stuck on the bottom she cannot get herself horizontal unless she wedges herself under a silk plant (previously a real one but this started shedding). Her under fins are now becoming frayed and missing a few scales on her side. I have ordered clove oil but I’m really sad to euthanize her out of hope it could resolve. Should I end it ? I will be out of town this weekend and her fish tank should not get below 74. I have kept it at 78-80 with a heater inside and using a heating pad intermittently but. She also has an air pump for oxygen since she cannot reach surface. I ordered daphnia but they only float so I can’t get it to her to eat. Please help. She is in a quarantine tank, normally in a five gallon. Yes I do water changes. Pictures below show her a week ago with full fins and the second with frayed under fins yesterday.

How many days did you fast her?

3 and then 1/4 pea. Small amount of pink poop. Then another 1/4 pea a day later, possible brown poop I believe. Then another 1/4, nothing. And she wouldn’t eat the pea last night. Might try again tonight.

I don’t know a whole lot about swim bladder issues especially in bettas, but if it were my fish I would try fasting for another 4-5 days and then try a little bit of pea on the 5th or 6th day. Maybe someone with more knowledge can give you more info/better direction..

Ok. Thanks. Do you think I should be concerned about her scales and bottom fins, I don’t know why they’re deteriorating. There was an Otto in there with her for a week. I finally moved him into a diff tank that was being set up

It’s probably from her laying around and not being Able to swim.

Do you think she’s suffering or in pain because of it and is it curable if her swim bladder resolves

I cannot comfortably answer either of these questions, as I do not have enough knowledge about bettas and swim bladder problems...

I would suggest keeping the water clean with 50% water changes every day and fasting your betta for another couple days
