Survived Columnaris Now Have Ich...

Hey all so things are not going too well with my planted tank at the moment. All of my fish have just survived a columnaris outbreak with the help of the advice of you guys on here. But now a new problem has arisen and I'm a bit lost as to how I should fix it.
I appear to now have an ich outbreak with most of my rummy-noses having the characteristic "salt grains" all over them. I would try to treat the whole tank with salt or the common medications, but I have three things that would concern me when using them. I have plants, corydoras, AND shrimp in the tank so salt and common medications should be out of the question according to my research.
The only other method I could find to fix this is to raise the temp in tank to 86 degrees (it's at 77 right now) and keep it there for a couple of weeks.
Any advice would GREATLY help. Thanks.

Salt, medication, or heat will all work. If you don't want to use salt or medication, turn up the heat and leave it there for 10 days to two weeks.

I'd be concerned with you water quality if your fish contracted columnaris and now have ich. Do you test frequently and do frequent partial water changes?

I do test weekly and do 25% water changes every week. All the fish are getting along well and no one is getting bullied. My only guess as to what caused enough stress to bring about ich was when I added a ton of plants to the tank and the planting process might've stressed them out (due to me getting in their space and planting), but even that explanation is iffy to me. Any ideas?

What are your parameters like? Do you match the temperature of new water exactly with the tank when doing water changes? Salt free/copper free medication using half the recommended dose should be fine. Take that with a grain of salt because inverts are inverts.

Parameters have stabilized 0/0/10-15 for a long while now. Yes, I do temp match the water change water, using a thermometer to do so as well. Any salt-free/copper-free meds you could suggest? Thanks for the help.

Korden Ich-Cure. Any recent additions in terms of fish? Plants technically could “carry” Ich via the water they’re in.

I will look into Ich-Cure thanks. I'm also trying to let my RCS population grow so no fish have been added. I did recently add a lot of plants from a local hobbyist, which came from one of his plant only tanks. I did also bleach dip the plants before adding them so I don't think they carried the ich in.
