Surface bubbles?

I might sound extremely stupid or ignorant, but I am a "beginner"...And if this the wrong forum I apologize.

My tank has been cycled has run fine for 6 months now....36 Gallon Bow front with 5 albino cories and 4 gold dust mollies.



This may not even be an issue, it might just be me being over concerned. However I noticed a surface change the past few days, I attached photos but to me the surface is almost complete covered with bubbles, and as I said this has only been the past couple days. Is there normal, I have of course my filter along with a bubbler, do I need to ditch the bubbler?

 

It's probably your filter and your bubbler, I don't believe there's anything to be concerned about here.

 

Just one question ((only because I had something similar in my tank) When you turn the bubbler off do the bubbles go away fairly quickly or do they stick around?

When it happened to me they stuck around but when they cleared I had a small bio film on the surface. I just skimmed off some and upped my bubbler output for a day to agitate the water more and it all went away.

Neither are really "bad" or necessarily anything to worry about usually, just to me kinda unsightly.

Well to be honest I'm not sure, I did my weekly water change and the "problem" went away.

 

Then I would say it was probably a bio film. And wasn't a big deal
