    Hello everyone

I saw since the last 2 weeks that my tetra is very thin and seperates himself from the other teras. He still eat sometimes, but he isn't as fast as the others. Do you know what he has?

I do 50 percent water change every week and some smaller water changes to suck the dirt out around every 3 days.

    Many thanks for your help!

Maybe try putting it in a separate tank and see if it perks up and will eat? Maybe it's being out-competed for food? Some fish are slower than others and don't get to food fast enough (and other fish are pigs and quick to eat up the food). He may be thin because he doesn't get enough food, but it's possible that he's ill. I'm not a tetra expert so someone else may have species-specific wisdom.

Put him in a quarantine tank to be safe. Not only can this prevent a possible spread of disease but it means you can monitor him and ensure he gets some food.
    Good luck
