Substrates for Blood parrot?

What's a good substrates I could use for 25G long? I plan to keep a BP

 

That's a loaded question. You can use any substrate you like in a 25 gallon tank.
A Blood Parrort however does not belong there.

 

Lol I just figured some may be better than others.
And that tank is too small right.

 

For babies you see at the store it would be ok but you'd have to have a future plan if you wanted to keep them to adulthood.
