stripe from???

    so ive noticed this white/light orange stripe from head to tail on 2 of my orange neo shrimp......is this normal? is it stress? theyve had it for weeks. i dont think its really changed too much....heres a few pics, you may need to view them full screen to see the color difference

    oneofeach.jpg this one doesnt have any stripe...
    twogirls.jpg the upper of the two has the stripe down its back ridge
    3girls.jpg the one in the bottom left has the stripe fairly clear

    A few of mine have that too. I didn't think it was anything to be worried about, but I'm interested to hear what the others say.

    Is it femal.es? Do they still breed?

    I can't get mine to breed at all. And yes, it's my females that I notice the stripe.

    Anyone else notice a stripe like this with neos? Did your shrimp still breed? Any idea what causes it?
