Stress Management...

Just in case you are having a rough day, here is a stress management technique recommended in all the latest psychological journals.

The funny thing is that it really does work.

1. Picture yourself lying on your belly on a warm rock that hangs out over a crystal clear stream.
2. Picture yourself with both your hands dangling in the cool running water.
3. Birds are sweetly singing in the cool mountain air.
4. No one knows your secret place.
5. You are in total seclusion from that hectic place called the world.
6. The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade of serenity.
7. The water is so crystal clear that you can easily make out the face of the person you are holding underwater.

See? It really does work. You're smiling already.

Great! I needed this today.   Exploring this site to give more interest to my fish life in the frozen north!
After getting into a routine of changing 25-50% water every 2 days due to overcrowding, I am planning on building my new aquarium.  Planning approx. 60" x30" x 48".  I want to get lots of ideas about setting up the IDEAL setup, any suggestions about ozone, UV, RO or any filter systems appropriate for this size would be appreciated.
I am thinking about a plexI bottom, and plumbing in for the filtration system, out and back through a canister , ozone, carbon filters. Having a constant addition of RO at top, with a overflow plumbed out of one corner. Sides will be tempered glass (how thick?)  Like I said this is just in the planning stage, but gives me pleasure just thinking about it.

My degree is unfortunately in psychology, and the funny thing is I think that actually might have been in one of my textbooks. Right beside where it recommended shooting cannons at some patients in mental hospitals. Sad some of what used to go on, and even more sad is some of the things I have encountered today.

That's why I work in computers now.
