Ammonia levels?

Could be many things like ammonia burn, tumor, cyst, infections, parasites... I would definitely quarantine the fish if you are able. I am not able to tell what exactly it is from the photo unfortunately.

Ammonia is 0. I’m not sure either because all my other fishes are doing well too.

It may be red spot disease which is caused by a fungus. This can happen if the fish inured itself. I would keep an eye on the wound and make sure it doesn’t get any bigger. Also keep an eye on the other fish in the tank.
