Stocking Troubles

Okay so I've kinda stocked myself into a corner.

My tanks are currently as follows:
20g high planted w/ 5 platies, 6 zebra danios, 1 sunset gourami, 1 corydoras
10g w/ 3 white skirt tetra, 3 corydoras, and 1 dojo loach
10g w/ 2 ADF and 6 ghost shrimp

So the first 10 gallon us obviously overstocked. It was meant to be a quarantine until I could put them in the 20, but then I got the danios. I'm pushing the stocking on the 20 as is, and with 6 more fish I would have to do some pretty intensive water changes and probably invest in a bigger filter at the least.
My question would be:
If I put those fish in my 20, could they last for 6 months to a year until I set up a 29 gallon to reloacate some of them to?
I didnt choose the stocking of the 10g. I know it is overstocked and the tetras need a larger school as well as the loach, and that they both grow too large for a 10. I inherited the fish from a friend who was getting rid of their tank. I don't want to put any fish with the ADFs.
Any one have any creative ideas or good advice that doesn't include buying or setting up another tank immediately??

The dojo loach will need rehoming. They are social so you shouldn't just have one and grow to around 10" long so need a 48" tank minimum, 29 gallons will not be enough.

What type of cories do you have?

I would probably move the cories to the 20 and leave the rest how it is until you get a 29 gallon. The I would move all the fish in the 20 to the 29 and put the skirt tetras in the 20 tall. Then I would up the school sizes of the cories, tetras and danios. I would leave the frogs and shrimp in the 10.

I was thinking the same for the loach. He had a buddy who passed away sadly. The cories are all C. Aeneus, but the three in the 10 are albino and the one in the 20 is bronze.

Could I instead put the skirt tetras and cories in the 29 and leave the 20 as is? I had a cool idea for stocking a 29 with a school of tetras and cories and then either 1 angel or 1 3 spot gourami. (I know this would also be pushing the stocking limit but I have a pretty large filter for the 29 once it is set up, it's actually rated for 50g)

I would get all the cories in the 1o (they probably have more room in the 10G then a 20 tall) and put the tetras from the 10 to the 20G. And the Dojo as pointed out above needs to go else where.

That will not be ideal by any stretch but will be doable until you have something bigger.

All the fish in the 10 and 20 could go into a 30 G or a 29 G then you can get 2 more cories and 2 more tetras to fill the school and you're at your limit.

The 20 high is actually still longer than the 10 by about 5 inches, so the cories have more floor space in there

I would definitely move the danios to the 29 gallon as a 20 tall isn't really enough space for them, unfortunately though danios and skirt tetras need cooler water than angels. Not sure about 3 spots.

Thanks for the info, I'll look into those temperature compatabilities .
