Currently in my 55 gallon I have two 3" clown loaches( being picked on in my other tank by some larger fish even though they were with the other 6" plus clowns) 5 swordtails and 10 neon tetras am I fully stocked?

Are you aware that the clowns will outgrow this tank? How big is the other tank?

The other tank is a 150 with 5 other clowns, the small ones were not getting enough food because the others are 6"+

    Ah, so it's a growout?
Once those are gone, you could add a school of say, panda cories (any cory that is OK in cooler water as neons need cooler water). I would do 12.
Then I'd say you could add a pair of rainbow cichlids.

I see. None of the fish I mentioned in the above post get very big, so....

Should I stay away from adding anything now? I keep the tank very clean and do water changes very regularly usually every 3 days at most a week

I would, until the clown loaches are big enough to be in the larger tank....
