Well, what do you want? a bunch of little fish? a few big fish? a predator tank?

I want a tank with a lot plants. As for fish I want fish in all the depths of the tank, but as for color I would want something that would look good with the plants. I was thinking pearl or maybe honey gourami

What fish do you think would look good with plants?

I think all fish look good with plants

How about yoyo or angelicus loaches for the bottom. Since you want live plants, they'll take care of any snail hitch hikers. They're very entertaining.

For the top, gouramis and rainbows. For the middle, barbs and tetras. Then maybe some single fish, like an african knife.

Jaysee's listed some very interesting fish. I don't think it'd be possible to have them all

Best of luck with your stocking list. Jaysee's got you covered

I think it would certainly be possible, or I wouldn;t have suggested it

3 pearls, 9 dwarf neon rainbows, 9 gold barbs, 9 columbian tetras, 5 polkadot (angelicus) loaches and an african knife.

I wouldn't suggest columbian tetras with pearl gouramis, JMO though. I had to rehome mine because they are so active they were stressing my pair of 8 inch Rotkeil severums. IMO pearls are too calm for the columbians.
