Stocking A 55 Gal... Need Some Help

So from what I've heard it's better to have more cichlids than you think you need? Haha. I have two cichlids in the tank right now and they seem to be doing really great, to be honest. They're fully grown males, one being a dragon blood peacock, and the other a greshakei.

What other cichlids would be best to add/how many should I add?

I think adding five more male Aulonocara Peacocks would make a nice display for a 55 gal. Maybe a German Red, Ngara Flametail, Royal Blue, Sunshine or even a Blue Dragonblood.
