Stocking a 36 gallon tank

Evercrisp

My betta fish just died probably old age, had him for a while. I was thinking of switching around my tanks. I currently have a 36 gallon with a dwarf powder blue gourami, cat fish, tetras and rasbora. I was thinking of putting the gourami, 3 cat fish and 3 rasboras in my 10 gallon the betta was in so I can add some new things to my community tank. Any qualms with this?

Hi, sorry about your betta
My opinion, the 10g isn't suitable for your stock. DG's should have more room.
Most cat fish (assuming cories?) prefer groups as do tetras.
Curious, what kind and how many catfish
How many and what kind of tetras. There are small and large types.

Evercrisp

Red phantom tetra, juli's cory and 1 dwarf gourami.

The only issue I see with it is the numbers in the schools, I think minimum recommended for both catfish (I’m assuming corydoras?) and rasbora are 5 or 6.

I’m not sure a 10g is ideal for them, but doable potentially?

I’m sure someone else will come along and correct me :p

Red phantom tetra, juli's cory and 1 dwarf gourami.
Rasbora are harlequin rasboras.
I was just gonna put the dwarf but i read they are social creatures so i thought some cory or rasboras would be good.

The dwarf isn’t going to socialise with other species of fish. For this phenomenon to happen, the two species socialising with each other must look very similar to want to.
