    Hi everyone!

I’m just wondering on a good process to clean out a large tank thoroughly in place for some new fish!!

The tank I currently have is a 2.5 foot 115 litres. I am hoping to fit easy to care for community fish in and hopefully some low maintenance live plants (or fake plants) as well. Any recommendations are welcome!

I currently have a sponge filter for this aquarium and can also add another small tank filter I have for another tank.

If anyone has any recommendations on filters, fish, plants or cleaning please let me know! Any help is appreciated

The fish I’m looking for are smaller ones so I can create more of a community feel. I would like one star fish and then say some tetras or barbs. I’ll have to do some more research regarding the fish
Should I just clean the used tank with some warm water to get it ready to be reused?
