Standard Fish Guarantee?

HI All,

What is the stadard guarantee on saltwater fish?

 

hmm... not positive, but I think 14 days?? Of course every place is different.

 

thanks...should I be skeptical of a place that either does not offer guarantees or only offers a one day guarantee?

 

Most places I have been, offer a one day guarantee on salt water fish at best.

 

Most places around here offer no guarantee whatsoever on fish...fresh or salt.

 

I haven't bought saltwater fish before, however, I know if you buy it through one of the chains, PetCo, etc.... they have 14 day guarantees.

 

My LFS doesn't offer a guarantee on any saltwater livestock. They do on freshwater though.
Like Amnagrla said, Petco does offer a 14 day guarantee but I'd definitely be cautious about buying a fish from petco cause my Petco always has dead fish in the tanks.

 

If you happen to go get some from Wallyworld (FW) there guarantee is only 3 days
