So I recently got a female Bolivian ram and I noticed that she has a weird spot on her. I have no idea what it is though, hoping someone here can help me figure it out 184B0365-91D2-4E84-A010-454A423BA951.

Any way possible to get another pic from a different angle and try to describe how it looks?

It's a round yellowish thing on the Rams (female?) forehead. It looks like it's inside of her, almost like a wart.

Tank mates? Can you tell if it looks like any scales are missing?

It's not missing scales. In the tank with neon, rummy nose and glow light tetras

That sounds alright so how about reading up on hole in the head disease and see if the symptoms add up with what you are seeing. The pictures unfortunately are just too low resolution to get a good look. But from the description it is a possibility
