This isn't amazon but it is where I buy my sponge filters and the price cannot be beat.

This link is for 8 dual sponge filters but they do sell smaller amounts. I went ahead and got 8 so I would have extra sponges.

I have been buying various aquarium equipment from this seller often and have always been happy with both product and service from them.

Sponge filters are great and cheap. You may be able to get them cheaper at a local store so you don't pay shipping. They are all pretty similar, with the main difference being size, shape, and whether or not you can add media to them. I prefer ones with a plastic screw on base full of rocks for weight. I put bio media in there instead and hold the filter down with a suction cup or set something on top of the filter to hold it in place since the bio media isn't dense enough to prevent the bubbles from floating the sponge.
