Someone please help me confirm Levamisole HCL dosage

Hi all,
there's been some camallanus worms going around in my tank,
I kinda have kept it under control as I've been feeding all my fish Fenben and Levamisole flakes, the thing is I don't think the flakes are working that well on these worms and my fish are not fond of eating them, so I finally got my hands on Levamisole HCL powder I can dump in my tanks.

The thing is I googled different links each saying a different dosage for Levamisole.
I have a 25mg tub of it and I don't want to waste it because shipping it is very costly, so can someone confirm the dosage that works (it's the100% pure powder from AngelsPlus)?
I'd like to treat three tanks - one 55g, another 20g and the third one's 11g.
What dosage would you use for each for those that successfully used it?

Thanks for the quick reply (=
The dosage (0.25 teaspoons per 100 gallons) on Levamisole is the same as directed on Med: Levami sole HCL 100%
This makes me feel more confident I'll be using the right amount and I'm not following some outdated instructions...I want to put enough to get rid of these buggers for good!

You can also divide your levamisol by weight, easier than dividing the 1/4 tsp into lines like a 1980s drug party (I also shop select aquatics but that part of their instructions has always made me laugh a bit), the instructions they had back a couple years ago before they started making their own scoops was weight focused and the cutting lines was the secondary method.

Just run .1g per 10 gallons, on my scale .05 is the lowest gram division. To get it right I put a small piece of foil on the scale, tare the 0, then scoop it on with the edge of a butter knife. The scale works great in the kitchen, and on the reloading bench, and a slew of other uses so I'm glad I have one.

LOL!!!
Thanks for the advise John58ford - I probably will order a scale since I imagine this won't be the only time I'll be dealing levamisole to my fish in the foreseeable future

A little update, I've had the Levamisole in for almost two days and I'm about to waterchange it out now. It seems to have worked for all the fish except my large female angelfishfish which just had three huge ones still sticking out her butt (she had them the worst from the start) - so, can't believe I did this...
I caught her, held her sideways in one hand in a shallow bowl of water until she went calm, and then gengtly pulled the three worms out with my tweezers! I think they were still alive-ish but the Levamisole helped them protrude more for me to get them out.
Soooo.... if you see your larger fish is in good health still but the worms are protruding and not passing - you can try just pulling them out (very gently!), gross but it works!
