So Mad At Petsmart!

So when I went to pet Smart to get plants guess what I ended up with. Leeches. I'm mad to say the least. Don't know what I can do other than not order from them again. Amy suggestions?

I do mine for a week in a bare bottom container and will add in some Paraguard just in case. 2 weeks if you don't have Paraguard.

I guess I have been pretty lucky. I got some swords from PetSmart and all were clean, no issues. Seems like I saw another thread in the past few days where someone got leaches from a plant as well? Not sure on the best way to get rid of them other than removing them when you find them?

I do! I see a mother leech! killing the babies. and AquaticJ I will get powers from the leech, come to your house, and suck your brains out.

Right, but you have piercing I can rip out LOL! Geez back to the question, I let the plants soak and sit in the tub for 3 hours or so along with adding some zucchinI to lure snails out.

 

What if you got a leech that had a diesease or virus? You could spread that to AquaticJ instead as your superpower.

I accidentally purposely got bladder snails for my fish to eat....got out of control. But not leeches! Hope it sucks my snails out

 

My bettas would tear that bad boy apart and gulp down the remains like spaghetti. Of course, I would probably panic since I'm afraid of nematodes, worms, maggots, slugs, caterpillars, and anything wormlike.
