So Lately I found out what I caught was a Freshwater pipe fish so i need help!

After finding out the species of the fish I caught in the wild, it turns out to be a freshwater Pipefish and after some searches I see some of them flaring whilst breeding and having gorgeous colors and stripes on their belly when they flare, would I need to get another one for it to potentially breed or flare up?

I live in Thailand so it was caught in the Mekong river, was a mistake but it's doing good I've been feeding it Moina and it's eating after just 2 days in the aquarium.
