Some of my baby snails crawling upside down on the water surface. (Idek how that’s possible).

The third pic is "family dinner after the family pet climbed on the table.

They loooove zucchini!

BTW
These are baby rabbit snails of course.
The long black cocoon looking snail hanging above is not a vampire but a black devil snail.
I prefer to call them black goat snails due to their markings and constant eating.

Mooly my only Trapdoor Snail is Feisty tonight.
He's a beautiful antique seafoam green.
I want to find him a mate like him.
His color may be because he's young not sure.

This is the snail photo gallery. Please use this thread to post pictures of your pet aquatic snails.

Please use your own photos, and not material borrowed from the internet.

Please post your photos as attachments, rather than links.

Please state what species your puffers are when you post a picture.

While your compliments on the photos are really appreciated, text-only posts will be removed after a while to keep the gallery pictures-only. If there is a discussion you do not want to loose, please start it again in a separate thread.

Thanks,

Too cool. Baby rabbit snail still in his egg sac on the glass.
Very small 1cm.2nd pic is point of a Bic ink pen
Okay....so maybe not.
I guess it's actually a limpet???
Some breeders say they find their baby rabbits in their egg sacs. I haven't yet so thought this was one.
It's sooo small though.
It moves just like my baby rabbits do on the glass just can't make out detail. The mouth movements are the same.

Limpets might have come from a water hyacinth I put in even though I disinfected it?

I have a video on youtube of it, but couldn't load it here.
That's actually a freshwater limpet, rather than a rabbit snail. Pretty cool little guys, here's one in my tank:

And to upload a video on here, you just need to paste the link from the video into the comment. Trying to upload them as you would a picture won't work.

May fifth was the two year anniversary since buying the two world’s greatest nerites, Russell and Burch! They are huge now, and still the algae warriors they were when they were young! The zebra is Russell and the tiger is Burch

My first Orange and Yellow Mixed Rabbit Snail.
His shell is like a yellow and his facial features but definite orange hue.

The big hitchiker in the middle.
Big galloot (spelling?).

He's a nerite.
Anybody know what they call this type?

A clutch of bladder snail eggs under my microscope! You can see their beady black eyes and they roll around in their egg moving their mouths. Entertainment for hours.

Ever seen a limpet on a snail's shell before?
Looks like a flying saucer or a rice paddy hat.

My rabbit snails have been extremely prolific this month, 2 sets of yellow twins and 2 new orange babies about 2 weeks apart. I’ve got one Adult yellow, one adult orange, and one adult yellow spotted hybrid? So this number of babies is quite high for me. “Baby Jail” is getting a bit crowded.

One of my Nerite snails perched on the air bubbler from a sponge filter, looking out over the Buce crop.

yeah... I bought another one. Being 5 minutes away from a pet shop now isn’t helping. Snailaholics anonymous.

He’s a little tiger nerite. I need a name for him.
