Snail And Eggs Identify Please

Hello...
I do have bladder snails in the tank, so I know what those babies look like, I rather like them if it wasn't for how much they breed.
Anyways they aren't the issue

Now there a hundreds of these little flat shell snails, I don't think they are bladder or ramshorn (ive had those in the tank too)
There eggs are tiny white dots and they are everywhere! Will they still hatch if I scrape them off? Hundreds of little white baby snails on the glass, they have a very flat shell, unsure of how to describe it
Heres some photos if anyone can help..

The bladder snails lay their eggs in jelly sacks and aren't breeding anywhere near as much as these are
Its only a 2ft, 54L tank with a betta in and completely over run with snails

Ive completely restarted the tank and cycled twice, bleached and boiled everything, inspected everything fully before putting back in... And yet... Its completely full of them again, and I remove the snails all the time.

Hard to tell from the pictures but could be freshwater limpets. They breed pretty fast as well.

Ramshorn, their egg sacks are flatter so harder to see (they are also not as jelly-like). The white eggs look like nerite bedazzling (nerite eggs do not hatch in fresh water).

I don't have nerites but these eggs are a bit smaller than nerite eggs
