Hi!..Recently, I entered a pet store and was interested in purcasing a fish. I saw a percula clownfish and have wanted one ever since! I was just wondering, what would be the smallest tank size that i could have to keep and maintain a single clownfish? ??? please help!
Re: Smallest tank size for maintaining a single saltwater fish!
Technically, if that was the only fish you ever had, you could use a 5 gallon tank... getting a filter and heater for it might be a pain in the hind end, but if you could find that equipment you could do it in there. My recommendation is to use at least a 10 gallon tank though, it's just easier to maintain. Also, BEFORE you get anything Saltwater, do your homework. It will make your experience in the SW world much better.
