Nope. Even the smallest species available in the hobby grow larger than that. Too bad there aren't little minI tangs. LOL!

Yeah I want ten of those pygmy tangs!!! Lol Harpua is right there is no such thing they all get big at some time!! And not to mention they love to roam!!!
