Small pleco

My little brother has a 3.5-gallon aquarium and he absolutely adores plecos I was wondering if there were any plecos that could fit in there. If not would otos work?

 

Common plecos need at least a 120 gallon+ tank for all i know

 

I'm looking for a nano pleco

 

Others need at least a 29 gallon

Maybe you could get some red cherry shrimp

You could keep like 35 in there

Nope.

Otos need large tanks becasue they are active and constantly eat. It was a challenge for me to constantly feed my school of 8

No, Otos need to be in a group of at least 6, Your tank is too small to support them. Shrimp are your best option for such a small tank.
