Small Oddballs

hi! I am looking for a small oddball fish for my 10 gallon aquarium. I need something that won’t jump, kill plants, or eat fish/shrimp. I have a small mechanical filter, a tetra PF10 if that helps. I have 6 neon tetras, 2 cherry shrimp, some micro sword, and thinking about getting Brazilian pennywort or tiger lotus. Thanks in advance!

A dwarf gourami could work in a 10g. I'm not sure about temp compatibility.

Bump up the neon school to around 10, and consider getting some more shrimp in there? There's not a whole lot you can do in an already well stocked tank IMO.

Maybe snails?

Maybe a peacock gudgeon or a German blue ram
Definently not a ram. They require larger tanks, and also warmer ones...

Maybe consider a trio of sparkling gouramies?

A few Hara jerdonI or a single Pitbull Pleco. The latter is in the genus Parotocinclus. I mention this because I believe there are more than a couple species under it that go by that common name.

Bumblebee goby or peacock gudgeon could work.

A Red Coral Platy would be a great addition and they stay about 1 inch in length.

Plays get 2"-3", and are not really oddball fish

Red Coral Platys are dwarfs that stay about 1 inch in length. But I guess not really an oddball.

I believe there are two types of red coral platies, dwarf and regular. Dwarf get 1", regular 2"-3"
