Small koi in my tank

I do home renovation and the home I'm at is getting rid of its small koi so I want to take them to give to a friend but need to keep them over night in my tank cause I get home late.. My question is will they harm my mollies or guppies?

As long as you know the koi will not pass any diseases to your fish and you keep the tank at a temp comfortable to all the fish I think they will be okay for just 1 night. Make sure to do a water change after the koi are rehomed though, koi produce a lot of waste.

I wouldn't risk it. Can you put them in a large container instead? You can throw an air stone in there with them.

I second that choice!

I was worried about disease last night so thought wouldn't they be OK in a bath tub and I'll add a pump in?
What's a comfortable water temp for the koi?

IN A BATH TUB? They will be fine in a bath tub omg and I was worried about them not having enough space and ammonia building up XD
I'd say 70 or under. I know they like cold water.

I would definitely not put them in a bathtub. You've used chemicals to clean both yourself and the tub, and these can easily kill the fish. Please use a big container instead (like a large storage tote).

I'll use a big storage container for the night, thank you for the answers! I'll bring them home tomorrow
