Small Food Options For Guppies

I have a tank of 6 guppies and 6 cories. So far everyones doing perfect, I've just noticed with the food I use that the guppies spit it back out or not bother to begin with and I worry the food is too big. So far I've been crumpling up freeze dried krill, using freeze dried bloodworms, frozen brine shrimp, bug bites and sometimes flakes. I've noticed them spitting all of this out. I think some of these foods are fine but does anyone have tricks for making sure what they feed is small enough to be fed, or know foods that come small enough for guppies

I have good luck with NLS Optimum Flakes.I will smash them up a bit for my smaller species.
I actually have new life flakes coming in the mail rn, I'll see if crumpling the flakes too will help them out
