Sleeping Espei VS Awake Espei

    I wanted to show you guys just how dramatic the color difference is in these fish, Espei Rasboras, which looks very similar to the Harlequin Rasboras except Espeis are more thinner and have a different dorsal fin shape while the Harlequins are more robust.

    At night, asleep with the lights off. Barely any color at all. Looks pretty much like a floating dead fish -


    And awake in the middle of the day. Very orange colored. Sorry for the bad focus, they keep moving because they're camera shy, but you get the idea -
